For three years, Havoc has been waiting on Prodigy to get out of prison so they could put Mobb Deep back together. Not even out of prison a week and Prodigy is back in the studio, recording the new Mobb Deep album. The duo have joined up with Alchemist to record new tracks.
Havoc said he would waste no time getting Prodigy back in the studio upon being released from prison. Not only is Prodigy recording for the new Mobb Deep album, but he is also working on his own solo debut. On their new music, the duo is likely to work with 50 Cent.
While in the studio, Havoc posted images of the three recording on Twitter. Yesterday, Prodigy was officially released from prison after serving a three year gun charge. The two are back in the studio with Alchemist, who has worked with them on several of their albums in the past.
