North Carolina has a burgeoning hip hop scene in almost each part of the state. There is a major movement going on in the Winston-Salem area. Ever since 2008, Tr'e Game Entertainment has been the biggest hip hop movement in the Triad.

The Tre' Game movement has been spearheaded by Brandon Cain and Nathyl Snipes. The two have been working on expanding the label and have plans of expanding outside of North Carolina.

Not only does Tre Game have artists signed to the label, but they also have a DVD series. The series will be coming to Hip Hop Vibe in the near future and Cain, along with Snipes, will serve as the executive producers.

Recently, Hip Hop Vibe landed an interview with the rising, young, executive.

What made you interested in the music industry?
I have always been a music-head, but my friend Chevy Tez, also a co-founder got me into rapping.

Did you ever pursue a career in music?
No, not until I started Tre Game Entertainment.

How did you and Nathyl Snipes meet?
We were raised in the same project, Kimberly Park AKA B.D.P.!!!

Who is the artist on Tre Game to look out for?
T.G.Y.G., is coming soon.

How long has the Tre Game movement been going on?
Ever since 2008, but the label was not officially launched until January 1, 2009.
 
There have been several attempts from North Carolina artists to break into the game, will Tre Game be the movement to put North Carolina on the top and keep them there?
Indeed, are music is fueled by the fans. When the fans want you on top, it's inevitable.You feel me?

Does Tre Game do shows at any clubs in the area?
Man, we have done over eighty shows all over NC, just in 2010! That's what we do show and show out!!

As co-CEO of Tre Game, what part of the business do you oversee? Well, it's only two active founders working in Tre Game, so I oversee the money, booking, contracts, basically all the paper work.

What advice would you offer to anyone trying to become a music executive? Always ask question if you don't understand.

Is Tre Game currently looking to expand the roster?
We are always looking to add talented artists to the label.

What other business ventures do you have going on?
We have the clothing line self-titled Tre' Game, Tre' Game Kids, and Baby Tre' Game. We also invested in our education, so when we master are trade we can offer jobs in our community.

How have you managed to stay successful in these tough econmic times?
Supply and demand.

Can you give some details about the "Tre Game" series, which will be airing on Hip Hop Vibe?
