For some time, there has been talk of the collaboration between Snoop Dogg and Kid Cudi. Both rappers are thought of by most fans as rappers who embrace the marijuana drug. When their latest collaboration was titled "That Tree," most people assumed that the song was about the drug.
That would not be the case when the song was actually released on March 8. In the time since the release of the song, it has become a hit. Recently, Snoop Dogg has been on a tear with his new music. Late last year, he released his album, Malice n Wonderland. The album was considered by many to be his comeback album after the low critical reviews of his 2008 album.
Capitalizing on his recent run, Snoop Dogg jumped right back into the studio and created the follow-up album to his previous release. Properly titled More Malice, Snoop Dogg picks up where he left off, four months ago and his single with Kid Cudi embodies that. Given the popularity of the new single, Snoop Dogg has made arrangements for a music video to be filmed. Yesterday, filming for the video wrapped up and next week will feature the world premiere of Snoop Dogg's new single with Kid Cudi, "That Tree." More Malice is currently available in retail stores across the nation.
