Last year, Bow Wow said he was retiring from rap following the release of New Jack City, Pt. II. Despite that being his "final" album, he signed with Cash Money Records last summer. Now, one year after his retirement, Bow Wow is working on a new album.
Despite making millions of dollars over the years and being one of the most-popular rappers of all-time, Bow Wow wishes he had taken a different route. Bow Wow said behind all the fame, he is Shad Moss and he has problems like everybody else.
Perhaps having a bad day, Bow Wow continued to rant. He said he wishes he had never become famous. Later, Bow Wow said he wishes he were dead. It was then that he caught the attention of his former enemy, Soulja Boy, who told him he would be alright.
In the end, Bow Wow said he gave his entire life to hip hop and had to create Bow Wow. By creating the hip hop persona, he put his real life on hold. Now, seemingly having everything he ever wanted, Bow Wow wants his normal life back.
