Throughout his career, Eminem has been one of the most-popular rappers with an eccentric personality. Despite his popularity and his personality, he is a very private person. Following the release of his debut album, he told the world his true feelings on "The Way I Am."

Tired of the spotlight, Eminem took a break from the game following the release of his 2004 album. For the next five years, new rappers came and went while the world forgot about Eminem. But, when the year 2009 arrived, Eminem came back.

Having been away, he missed the rush of the game and he missed his fans. In 2009, he released Relapse, but it was not one of his best albums. Acknowledging his slip-up, Eminem returned this year with his Recovery album.

Recovery has been hailed as a classic and has become the top-selling album of 2010. He has dominated the radio with his anthems, "Not Afraid," "Love The Way You Lie," and "No Love." Now, Eminem is back in the spotlight the way he was ten years ago. Older and wiser, he knows how to handle things better and he is glad to be back on top.

Despite being grateful for being back on top of the game, Eminem does not like the fact that he gave up his personal life in order to take the game back. Em said the fame has really taken away from his personal life and he would love to have that back. During his time off, Eminem was free to roam as he pleased because he was out of the public eye, back in it, he is having trouble doing the things he enjoys doing.
