Ever since MC Hammer lost his $40 million empire fifteen years ago, he has become a joke in the modern-day hip hop community. Critics of hip hop often tell the rappers not to end up like MC Hammer. Even MC Hammer, himself, has poked fun at his losses.

MC Hammer's $40 million fortune was among the wealthiest at the time, but is average now in the hip hop world. Jay-Z had amassed $40 million before the release of his fourth album. Ever since the release of the first Blueprint, he has soared well above the $100 million mark.

It has become common for Jay-Z to rap about his millions and poke fun at others. But, when he mentioned MC Hammer's name and his losses and repeatedly, the former cash king took offense. Hammer went on a rant about Jay-Z and his so-called ties to Illumnati and freemasonry. Seeing a chance at a comeback, MC Hammer has turned the feud into a comedy.

The latest video from MC Hammer is for his Jay-Z diss, "Better Run Run," and it pokes fun at the jokes people have made about Jay-Z ever since he first made it big.
